The well-being and safety of our passengers and drivers remains our highest priority, and therefore some specific sanitary measures remain in place.
In addition to all buses being equipped with disinfected gel and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis, the front seats will be closed for the captain’s protection, and the captain’s cockpit will be thoroughly disinfected after each service. We also ask all passengers to do the following:
- Before booking, check the local travel guidelines for the country you are travelling in
- Bring your own mask and wear it before, during and after getting on the bus
Please be aware that the driver will refuse access to the bus if a passenger shows up without adequate facial protection.
Toilets on board will be free to use, but we ask all passengers to be extra cautious.
We also ask every passenger to respect their allocated seat and keep a 1.5 m distance from other passengers.
What will boarding look like?
All passengers are requested to only use the rear door when entering or exiting the bus.
You will be able to board contactless by showing the digital version of your ticket. After your ticket has been checked, you can load your luggage in the hold. The captain is asked not to touch any luggage items. In the exceptional situation where the captain does touch any luggage item, they will disinfect their hands immediately.
What if I can’t travel?
You can cancel your ticket directly on our website 30 minutes before your trip. You will be credited with voucher that you can use to book another trip with BlaBlaBus.
If for any reason we have to cancel a bus, you will receive a full refund.
We will constantly monitor the situation in all countries involved and adapt our services accordingly.
Please Note:
As of November 2020, all cross-border lines, as well as domestic lines in France and Germany, are no longer running.
We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
