Your payment may have failed for several reasons:
- Debit Limit: You've exceeded your online payment capacity. Please contact your bank to check the status of your account.
- Entry error: Check your card number, expiry date and cryptogram, and then booking again.
- Card type: The credit card you used to pay for your booking isn't accepted by BlaBlaBus. You can pay using Visa, Visa Electron, Carte and MasterCard, as well as Blablabus vouchers. You can also make your reservation with PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.
If you used a voucher and the payment of the rest failed, your voucher is considered as used. Please wait 30 minutes and try to book again.
