- Search & select your route
- Indicate if you are traveling in a wheelchair by following the proposed link to our dedicated prm contact form
- Indicate the reference of the chosen route and fill in the contact form
- Specify:
- If you will be traveling with a companion (fill in their first and last name if applicable
- If you have a service dog
- Submit your inquiry
If your wheelchair will be stowed in the hold
Please note that your chair must be fold-able. Captains can help you fold and put your chair in the hold.
If you board the bus with a wheelchair
Fill in the technical questions related to your wheelchair: dimensions, weight, standards.
You are a person with reduced mobility, and you travel without a wheelchair.
- Search & select your route
- Select “Yes” to the question “A passenger is in a wheelchair?”. This will take you to the contact form for passengers with reduced mobility
- Indicate the reference of the chosen route and fill in the contact form.
- Fill in the requested fields:
- If you are traveling with a companion, enter their first and last name if applicable
- Indicate if you are traveling with a guide dog
- Submit your inquiry
Important: At BlaBlaBus we strive to make bus travel possible for everyone. Once your request has been sent, you will receive a confirmation as soon as possible.
