What should I do if I receive a call asking me to give my confidential information?
Don't give this information to anyone. No bank, or person, should ask you for information relating to your identification by contacting you by telephone or by e-mail.
How many attempts am I allowed?
When you pay, you have a maximum of 3 attempts. Beyond this, for safety reasons, your card is blocked. If this happens, please contact your bank.
